Processed data
Browsing the Site and participation in associative activities involve the processing of the following categories of personal data:
Personal data: name, surname, address, date of birth, tax code, residential address, e-mail address and telephone numbers.
Data relating to the association: card number, date of registration and type of registration.
Data relating to the activities: date, place and type of activity in which the member participates. These data allow the direct or indirect identification of the data subject.
Methods of treatment and storage
Personal data is processed both with electronic tools and in automated mode, they will be stored for the duration of your registration as an ANPS operational volunteer. After the termination of the registration, the data will be kept only for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations, for internal administrative purposes or for the protection of any rights in court, in compliance with the terms provided for by current legislation.
Geolocation and Data Collection
The geolocation of your device is activated only during the activities in which you participate and only with your explicit consent. The detection of your position takes place exclusively to ensure your safety during the activity and is deactivated at the end of the day, once the activity is completed.
Your location data is stored in our database only as the last location, which is periodically updated. No historical location data is stored, so it is not possible to retrieve information about previous locations.
Filling out web forms
The sending of personal data and the registration on our portal through the compilation of special web forms, involves the acquisition by the Owner of all the data entered by the User in the fields filled in, and the consequent processing in accordance with what is reported in the specific information, made for each individual web form.

System log and access monitoring for security purposes
In order to guarantee the security of the ANPS site to prevent unauthorized access and protect the personal data of the members, the Data Controller processes technical navigation and access data.
Data collected automatically
On the occasion of each access attempt (login) and during the use of the service, the computer systems automatically record:
IP address of origin;
Date and time of the request;
Type of device and browser used (User Agent);
Authentication result (success/failure).
Purpose and Legal Basis
The processing of this data is strictly necessary and based on the Legitimate Interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6, par. 1, letter f of the GDPR) to guarantee the security of networks and information. Specifically, the data are used for:
Detect intrusion attempts, "brute force" attacks or illegal access.
Send automated security notifications to the user in case of access from unknown devices or repeated failed attempts.
The assessment of responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.
Log retention times
The access and security logs are kept for a period not exceeding 6 months, except for any need for investigation by the Judicial Authority. After this period, the data is automatically deleted.
